CrystechNZ dual speed crystalliser tank with control box to homogenise and crystallise honey. Dual flow agitator with motor and gear box, cooling dimple jacket on sides and base (chilled water supply excluded). Stainless steel clad and insulated sides, outlet pipe with butterfly valve, two spray balls with connecting pipe and programmed electrical box. Constructed from stainless steel with 20-amp three phase plug.
